We are all builders
We are only a small percentage of our potential. Our main competition is ourselves.
The look and feel of Thrive

Thrive doesn’t “feel” like a typical investment firm. Getting the look and feel of Thrive right is important to us because it impacts how our partners feel about working with us. To us, every detail matters. We agonize over them. From the moment you walk in the door or interact with someone from Thrive, there is something…different.
Frank has put in hundreds of hours of work creating and continuously revamping our visual styling for external and internal presentations, defining the feel of internal sites like Thrive One and Thrive Ethos, and working with Lara to create swag that’s in a whole other category than most organizations’. The bar is always rising, based on their own internal motivations and their dedication to their craft.
In addition, our office team has created an environment that’s unmatched. Our space is used to work, meet our partners, and host dinners, thanks to our ability to adjust the ambience to perfectly fit any setting.
That work has not gone unnoticed. The ultra cool French design house, APC, has a cardinal rule that they don’t produce swag for companies. But they are now producing for us because of the level of taste and craftsmanship that our team brings to the table.
From swag to presentations, in-person experiences or office design, we are always in pursuit of the best representation of the Thrive brand. While there is no such thing as perfection, we joyfully pursue the path of getting better with every iteration.
